QUESTIONS:
Do you offer discounts?
Rarely. Every once in a while I might run a promotion for those on my email list (sign up on my home page! ). Needless to say if you don’t see anything about it on my website or Instagram chances are there isn’t a promotion or discount being offered. So don’t ask haha.
What is your turnaround time?
Typically 2-3 weeks for engagement/ bridal sessions and maximum 4-8 weeks for a wedding. It all depends on how busy I am in the season.
Do you send RAW Files?
RAW doesn’t just mean unedited, and I think a lot of people get confused by that. It’s actually HUGE giant file sizes. For example I shoot a whole wedding on almost 128 GB —way to large for me to simply send over. Part of the reason I get hired is because of my style and editing - thats where the real magic happens. Editing is just as much as an art as taking the actual photos. So much that is actually slightly offensive to ask for RAW files.
Should I be engaged before I reach out?
No you don’t need to be engaged to slide into my inbox! I actually recommend reaching out to me as soon as you and your honey decide that you are getting engaged. As long as you have a date set or a rough estimate of when your wedding day will be, please reach out as soon as possible! I get booked fast and I would hate to miss out on working with each other.
How do payment schedules work?
There is a 50% of package total which is a non-refundable retainer due upon booking a wedding to secure your date in my calendar. After that you can pay in full, or we can set up a payment plan if you would like to spread it out over a period of time. All payments must be paid a month before your wedding. You will not receive your photos until the payments are made in full. Payments are made via HoneyBook, Cash, Venmo, or checks. HoneyBook is a software I use to keep track of all my clients and their payments. There are even automatic payment options available, it’s awesome!
